Every reinstatement we complete is covered by a written 2-year guarantee, handed to you before we leave site. If it fails, we fix it. That's the whole clause.
What's covered
Bond failure, edge lift, colour separation, sub-base settlement — anything that fails structurally or cosmetically on the area we reinstated.
What isn't covered
Damage from later third-party works (another utility digs it up again), oil spills, tyre-scrub from turning heavy vehicles on the spot, or acts of God.
How to claim
Call 03333 222220. Send us a photo and the reference on your guarantee certificate. We book a visit. If the fault falls under cover, we put it right at our cost.
